乙二醇装置加工损失分析及优化措施

摘要 收集乙二醇装置2021年2月至5月的原料投入与产品产出数据,对装置进出物料进行碳平衡核算,得出实际加工损失率。通过分析影响装置加工损失率的主要因素,制定相应措施来优化运行,减少物料损失,以达到降低装置加工损失率的目的。 In this paper,the processing loss rate of the ethylene glycol plant is calculated by comparing whether the raw material input and product output reached carbon balance from February to May 2021.Through the investigation of each material loss point source,the measures are formulated to optimize the operation of key material loss points such as carbon dioxide direct discharge to the atmosphere,films recovery tail gas and wastewater discharge,and reduces material discharge to achieve the purpose of reducing the processing loss rate of the plant.
