摘要
医学是一门实践性很强的学科。人体解剖学是医学专业学生接触的第一门实践性基础课程,实验实践学习是该门课程的主要部分。因此,实验室发挥了不可或缺的作用。解剖教学实验室是培养学生动手能力、创新能力、团队协作能力等综合素质的重要场合。为了实验室能够科学有效的使用,为教师和学生提供良好的教学平台,实验室专职技术人员需要进行高效管理。文章从实验室布局、实验室规章制度的执行、实验技术人员能力培养、解剖学实验教学四个方面总结了西安交通大学人体解剖学实验室管理现状,结合国家建设一流学科的总体思路以及人体解剖学学科发展需求和学校的实际情况,对实验室管理模式进行了实践分析。
Medicine is a discipline with strong practicality,and human anatomy is the first practical basic course designed for medical students.Because practical learning based on experiments is the main teaching method adopted in this course,the laboratory plays an indispensable role in teaching design.Anatomy laboratory is an important place to cultivate students'comprehensive qualities of hands-on ability,innovation ability,and teamwork ability.Full-time technicians must manage the laboratory scientifically and effectively to provide a good teaching platform for teachers and students.This article introduced the current situation of human anatomy laboratory management in Xi'an Jiaotong University from four aspects:laboratory layout,implementation of laboratory rules and regulations,training of experimental technicians,and anatomy experimental teaching.Then the authors discussed the laboratory management based on the requirements of constructing a first-class discipline in China,the development of human anatomy,and the actual situation of a given university.
