新时代医学生职业生涯规划课程模块化设计与实施路径探索 被引量:1

Exploration on modular design and implementation path in the course of career planning for medical students

摘要 在当前就业市场竞争激烈的背景下,医学生需要具备职业规划能力,以更好地适应未来职业发展。开展医学生职业生涯规划课程是依循新时代下“三全育人”的内在要求,也是顺应新医科改革及学生多元化发展的必然要求。文章通过对模块化课程设计的探讨,提出了双向学习、沟通能力培养、团队协作能力培养、就业技能储备、心理形象建设、职业兴趣测评、课外指导等七个模块,从不同角度全面地培养医学生的职业规划能力。模块化课程的实践路径应当从教学顶层设计、建设和充实课程案例库、强化师资队伍建设等方面运行与拓展。 Due to the fierce competition in current employment market,medical students need career planning for better career development in the future.The course of career planning for medical students is designed to meet the requirements of“Sanquan Education”(standing for the ideological and political education that engages all stakeholders,encompasses all grades,and employs all education carriers available),New Medical Science,and the diversified development of students.The authors proposed seven modules of two-way learning,cultivation of communication skills,cultivation of team cooperation ability,employment skills reserve,psychological image construction,vocational interest evaluation,and extracurricular guidance,which are designed to comprehensively cultivate career planning ability in medical students from different angles.The research shows that the practice path of modular curriculum should be carried out in three aspects of top design of teaching,the construction and enrichment of curriculum case base,and the strengthening of teacher team construction.
