摘要
热压铁块也称直接还原铁,可作为原料用于炼钢生产。热压铁块与炼钢在用的废钢和生铁有一定区别,不能直接采用钢铁中的各元素检测标准对热压铁块进行分析。因热压铁块中含有金属铁,制备过程不能全过筛,有筛上物(块)和筛下物(粉),分别对筛上物(块)和筛下物(粉)中各组分含量进行分析研究,才能确保分析结果满足生产需要。
Hot briquetted irons,also known as direct reduced iron,can be used as raw materials for steelmaking.There are certain differences between hot briquetted irons and scrap and pig iron used for steelmaking,and the detection standards for various elements in steel cannot be directly used to analyze hot briquetted irons.Due to the presence of metallic iron in the hot briquetted iron,the preparation process cannot be completely sieved.Therefore,the content of each component in the sieved material(block)and the undersize material(powder)should be analyzed and studied separately to ensure that the analysis results meet production needs.
