摘要
针对二棒材生产线出炉辊道正常生产时转速高于1号轧机,导致辊道表面与钢坯之间产生强烈摩擦,使辊道表面严重磨损,极大降低辊道寿命的问题,拟通过修改PLC程序及加装检测元器,实现辊道速度与1号轧机生产时的自动同步匹配。
For the issue of the speed of the roller table at the outlet of the second bar production line being higher than that of the No.1 rolling mill,here is strong friction between the roller surface and the steel billet,causing severe wear on the roller surface,greatly reducing the service life of the roller.By modifying the PLC program and installing a detection unit,the roller speed can be automatically synchronized and matched with the No.1 rolling mill.
