摘要
基于圆弧导轨和滚轮结构形成的对称运动副,研发一种自动定心装置并应用于高等级大质量砝码的校准中,实现检测过程中砝码的自动定心,降低质量比较仪偏载误差对砝码校准准确度的影响。通过实验,对比自动定心装置安装前后的设备重复性数据变化,验证自动定心装置的有效性。结果表明,自动定心装置可降低质量比较仪偏载误差,提升砝码校准准确度。
Based on the symmetrical motion pair formed by the arc guide rail and roller structure,aself-centering device is developed and applied to the calibration of high grade mass weights to implement the automatic centering of weights in the testing process and reduce the influence of the eccentric loading errors of the mass comparator on the accuracy of weight calibration.The effectiveness of the self-centering device is verified by comparing the change of equipment repeatability data before and after the installation of a self-centering device.The results show that the self-centering device can reduce the eccentric loading errors of mass comparator and improve the accuracy of weight calibration.
