摘要
针对批量化常用玻璃量器人工计量中存在的工作量大、效率低、易出现人为疲劳误差等问题,研制了一套基于图像处理的常用玻璃量器自动检测装置,该装置通过自动加液、自动读取示值,有效提升检测效率及准确率。以50 mL量筒为例,展开装置计量和人工计量的对比实验,结果满意。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,low efficiency and easy to appear human error in the manual measurement of working glass container,an automatic measuring device for working glass container based on image processing is developed.The device can effectively improve the detection efficiency and accuracy through automatic liquid feeding and automatic reading.The result of the contrast experiment between the automatic device and manual detection of 50m L measuring cylinder is satisfactory.
