复杂系统科学视野下的文化遗产保护传承研究——深圳大鹏全域博物馆规划

Research on the Conservation and Inheritance of Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Complexity Science—Planning of Generalized Museum in Shenzhen Dapeng

文章以深圳大鹏全域博物馆规划为例,探讨在系统科学视野下如何通过人文社会科学基础研究完善文化遗产内涵阐释和价值表述,充分传达文化遗产系统保护和自觉发展的主体需求,并使之转化为适应国土空间规划体系及治理目标的决策依据。笔者认为:主体需求(遗产地的文化自觉和自觉发展意识)根植于区域社会生活,深受地域文化生态和人文地理环境滋养,它不仅是提出文化遗产系统保护要求的前提,而且将成为文化遗产保护传承融入地区可持续发展的原动力,为实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供基层支撑。

From the perspective of complexity science,this paper uses the example of the research of generalized museum plan in Shenzhen Dapeng to discuss how to enhance the interpretation of heritage value through fundamental researches in humanities and social science,in order to sufficiently convey the subjective needs for systematic cultural heritage conservation and culture inheritance,and transform them into decision-making basis that adapts to the national spatial planning system and governance goals.The author believes that the subjective needs(cultural awareness and conscious development in cultural heritage sites)are rooted in the regional social life,and are nourished from regional cultural ecology and human geography environment.It is not only the prerequisite for systematic conservation of cultural heritage,but also the motivation to integrate cultural heritage conservation and inheritance with regional sustainable development,and provide basic support for achieving modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
