韧性城市视角下地铁系统安全运营评价指标体系 被引量:1

摘要 为降低地铁系统安全运营风险,从韧性城市的视角提出了一种针对城市地铁系统安全运营的评价指标体系。该指标体系在解析既有地铁系统评价指标体系基础之上,从地铁系统物理构成要素的五个基本维度出发,沿时间切入韧性的四个基本特征,建立了针对地铁系统韧性这一目标的评价方法,并概述为地铁系统韧性评价的541指标体系(即五个维度、四个特征、一个目标)。运用层次分析法对该体系内各级指标的权重进行计算和比较,结合可拓物元理论构建地铁系统韧性评价模型,并以某市地铁系统为例,利用专家打分法得到的分值进行模型的运用。这一指标体系不仅可有效识别整个地铁系统关键物理要素,并将其与韧性的不同特征建立联系,是韧性城市理论在地铁系统领域的重要拓展,对于指导地铁系统的安全运营具有很好的参考价值和借鉴意义。 In order to reduce the risk of safe operation of metro systems,this paper proposes an evaluation indicator system for safe operation of urban metro systems from the perspective of resilient cities.Based on the analysis of the existing metro system evaluation indicator systems,this indicator system starts from the five basic dimensions of the physical elements of the metro systems,then cuts into the four basic characteristics of resilience over time.At last,it establishes an evaluation method for the goal of metro system resilience,which can be outlined as the 541(i.e.five dimensions,four characteristics,and one goal)indicator system for the resilience evaluation of metro systems.Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and compare the weights of indicators at all levels within the system,and combining extension matter element theory to construct a metro system resilience evaluation model.Taking a metro system in a certain city as an example,the model is applied using the scores obtained from the expert scoring method.This indicator system can not only effectively identify the key physical elements of the entire metro system,but also establish a connection between different physical elements and different characteristics of resilience for the first time.It is an important expansion of the resilient city theory in the field of metro systems,and has a good reference value and significance for guiding the safe operation of metro systems.
