摘要
目的:探讨超声精准定位下体外冲击波治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效。方法:选取偏瘫肩痛患者60例,分为A、B、C三组。C组予常规康复治疗,A组、B组在常规康复治疗基础上分别予超声及痛点定位下体外冲击波治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节被动活动度测量值(PROM)、调整型Constant-Murley肩关节量表评分(ACMS)进行疗效分析。结果:三组患者治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗3周后A、B两组疗效优于C组(P<0.05),且A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:超声精准定位下体外冲击波治疗偏瘫肩痛较痛点定位下治疗更加有效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for hemiplegic shoulder painunder the precise positioning of ultrasound.Method:60 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divided into Group A,Band C.Group C received routine rehabilitation treatment,in group A and group B,ultrasound and extracorporeal shock wave therapy under pain location were added on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),shoulder passive range of motion(PROM),and adjusted Constant-Murley shoulder scale score(ACMS)were used to analyze the efficacy of patients.Result:There was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 3 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of group A and group B was better than that of group C(P<0.05),and the efficacy of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain with extracorporeal shock wave under the precise positioning of ultrasound is more effective than that under the location of pain points.
