摘要 目的:探究三维重建CT成像在椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术(PVP)中的应用。方法:选取168例椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各84例,比较两组患者手术前后各项指标差异。结果:两组术后1天、术后1周、术后4周VAS评分与ODI评分均有下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PVP术前应用三维重建CT成像可改善椎体压缩性骨折患者疼痛程度与腰背功能障碍、降低并发症发生率,可用于临床推广。 Objective:Exploring the use of 3D reconstructive CT imaging in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for vertebral compression fractures. Methods: A total of 168 patients with vertebral compression fractures were selected and randomly divided into a test group and a control group, 84 patients each, to compare the differences between the two groups before and after surgery. Results: The VAS score and ODI score decreased in both groups at 1 day, 1 week and 4 weeks postoperatively, with the test group being lower than the control group (p<0.05);the duration of surgery was shorter in the test group than the control group (p<0.05);and the complication rate was lower in the test group than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The use of preoperative 3D reconstructive CT imaging for PVP can improve pain and low back dysfunction and reduce complication rates in patients with vertebral compression fractures, and can be used for clinical dissemination.
