基于分布式能源和重合闸配置的配电网规划和运行优化

摘要 为同时提高智能配电网在正常和故障运行情况下的规划和运行水平,提出了一种基于分布式能源和自动重合闸优化配置的智能配电网规划和运行优化方法。该方法通过分别构建和求解分布式发电机位置和容量、电池储能系统位置和运行状态、自动重合闸开关位置的优化模型,优化智能配电网的规划配置和运行状态。采用包含102个节点的配电网的仿真实验,验证了所提出的配电网规划和运行优化方法的有效性。实验结果表明,通过在配电网中接入分布式发电机、电池储能系统和自动重合闸开关并优化它们在配电网中的位置、容量和运行状态等,可显著降低配电站规划和运行优化过程中的能量损失和电压偏差。 To improve the planning and operation level of smart distribution network under normal and fault operation simultaneously,a optimization method of smart distribution network planning and operation considering distributed generation and automatic reclosing optimal configurationis proposed.By constructing and solving the optimization models of the positions and capacities of distributed generators,the positions and operation states of battery energy storage systems,and the positions of automatic reclosing switches,the proposed method realizes the optimal planning and operation of smart distribution network.The effectiveness of the proposed planning method is verified by the simulation experiment of a distribution network with 102 nodes.The experimental results show that the energy loss and voltage deviation in the process of planning and operation can be significantly reduced by connecting distributed generators,battery energy storage systems and automatic reclosing switches to the distribution network and optimizing their positions,capacities and operation states.
