HX_(D)1B型电力机车设备的线路振动测试及分析

摘要 为获得HX_(D)1B型电力机车设备的振动特性,对武汉北—信阳区间运行的电力机车开展线路运行条件下的振动测试,提取各测点的振动有效值和冲击峰值与GB/T 21563-2018标准进行对比分析,并从振动频谱和传递函数等角度进行电力机车设备的振动特性分析。研究结果表明:电力机车中的各测点以主变压器的振动为最大,其中主变压器的横向振动有效值达到5.98 m/s^(2),振动传递函数和相干性分析验证了主变压器是电力机车高频振动的主要来源;在GB/T21563-2018推荐的频率范围内,整流模块的横向和纵向振动超出标准值,其他测点的振动低于标准值;在0~3200 Hz全频段范围内,振动有效值超出标准值的情况较普遍,牵引变流器柜脚的振动以中高频为主,功率模块的振动以低频为主,传动控制单元的振动在全频段均有体现,冷却风机的振动以叶片通过频率为主。线路振动测试及分析可为电力机车设备的振动研究提供指导。 In order to obtain the vibration characteristics of HXD1B electric locomotive equipment,the vibration test of electric locomotive running in section of Wuhan North and Xinyang under the line operation condition is carried out,the vibration effective value and shock peak value of each measuring point are compared with GB/T 21563-2018 standard,and the vibration characteristics of electric locomotive equipment are analyzed from the perspectives of vibration effective value,vibration spectrum and transfer function.The results show that the vibration of the main transformer is the largest at each measuring point in the electric locomotive,and the effective value of the transverse vibration of the main transformer is 5.98 m/s2.The vibration transfer function and coherence analysis verify that the main transformer is the main source of the high-frequency vibration of the electric locomotive.Within the frequency range recommended in GB/T 21563-2018,the transverse and longitudinal vibrations of the rectifier module exceed the standard value.In the full frequency range of 0~3200 Hz,it is common that the effective value of vibration exceeds the standard value.The vibration of the traction converter cabinet foot is dominated by medium and high frequency,the vibration of the power module is dominated by low frequency,the vibration of the drive control unit is reflected in the full frequency range,and the vibration of the cooling fan is dominated by the blade passing frequency.The line vibration test and analysis can provide guidance for the vibration research of electric locomotive equipment.
