UVDT紫外线消毒杀菌器数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究紫外灯管辐射强度以及紫外灯管布局对于紫外消毒杀菌器的消毒效果的影响,基于计算流体力学(CFD)建立计算模型以进行研究。结果表明:当通过增加紫外灯功率来提高消毒杀菌效果时,其平均粒子辐射强度增加,但增加比例不与功率增加比例成正比,高功率紫外灯与低功率紫外灯相比,有效紫外辐射强度增幅仅为8%;当增加紫外灯管数目时,减小了微生物粒子到紫外灯管的距离,对紫外平均辐射强度有较明显的增幅作用。研究结果可以对水杀菌系统的设计提供参考。 In order to explore the influence of ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity and ultraviolet lamp layout on the disinfection effect of ultraviolet disinfection technology,a computational model is built based on computational fluid dynamics for the study.The results show that when increasing the power of UV lamp,the average particle radiation intensity increases but not proportional,compared with the low power UV lamp,the increase of effective UV radiation intensity of high power UV lamp is only 8%;when the number of UV lamp is changed,the distance between the microbial particles and the UV lamp is reduced,and the average UV radiation intensity is increased obviously.The results provide reference for the design of the water sterilization system.
