摘要 35 kV开关柜因结构、工艺、设计、制造、安装、运行等方面原因,时常发生开关柜绝缘被击穿事故,甚至发生爆炸,严重影响电力安全和生产。为解决此问题,从开关柜内相间及对地绝缘距离,产品制造及安装工艺质量,雷电过电压,尖端放电,通风散热效果,运行监视,除潮措施等7个方面对开关柜绝缘性能进行分析。结合开关柜绝缘击穿的实例对应提出改进措施,包括开关柜设计选型,开关柜内的安装工艺完善,绝缘热缩材料的包封,绝缘隔板选型固定,开关柜内部温度在线监测,开关室内温湿度环境控制,开关室内红外线高清摄像头监视等,极大地提高了35 kV高压开关柜的绝缘性能,能预防类似绝缘击穿事故发生,保证设备安全稳定可靠运行。所提改进取得了良好效果,可为35 kV开关柜的设计、制造、安装、运行提供参考。 Due to the structure,process,design,manufacturing,installation,operation and other reasons,35 kV switchgear often suffers from insulation breakdown accidents,even explosions,which seriously affect power safety and production.In order to solve this problem,the insulation performances of the switch cabinet are analyzed from seven aspects,such as the insulation distance between phases and to the ground in the switch cabinet,the product manufacturing and installation process quality,the direct cause of lightning overvoltage,the inducement of tip discharge,the ventilation and heat dissipation effect,the operation monitoring,the moisture removal measures.In combination with the examples of insulation breakdown of the switchgear,seven improvement measures are proposed,including the design and selection of the switchgear,the improvement of the installation process in the switchgear,the encapsulation of insulating heat shrinkable materials,the selection and fixation of insulating diaphragms,the online monitoring of the internal temperature of the switchgear,the control of the temperature and humidity environment in the switchgear,the monitoring of infrared high-definition cameras in the switchgear,which greatly improve the insulation performance of the 35 kV high-voltage switchgear.It can prevent similar insulation breakdown accidents and ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of the equipment.The proposed improvement has achieved good results and can be used as a reference for the design,manufacture,installation and operation of 35 kV switchgear.
