经纱织造张力对碳纤维增强三维机织复合材料力学性能的影响研究

摘要 三维机织预制体生产过程中,经纱张力控制对预制体织造及复合材料性能有至关重要的影响,选择最佳经纱织造张力可以有效提高三维机织复合材料质量。文章研究了不同经纱织造张力对三维机织预制体及三维机织复合材料性能的影响,结果显示:经纱织造张力越大,在机织造过程中经纱的磨损就较大,预制体面密度越大。当经纱织造张力为150 gf时,织造的预制体对应的复合材料经向拉伸强度最大,但经纱织造张力对其经向压缩性能几乎没有影响。 The warp tension control has a crucial impact on the weaving of the three-dimensional woven preform and the properties of the composite.The suitable warp tension can effectively improve the quality of the three-dimensional woven composite.This paper studies the effects of different warp tension on the properties of three-dimensional woven preforms and three-dimensional woven composites.The experimental results show that the higher the warp tension,the more serious the warp wear in the weaving process and the higher the surface density of the preform.When the warp tension is 150 gf,the woven preform and related composite have the maximum warp-wise tensile strength,while the change of warp tension has little effect on the warp-wise compression performance.
