电子选举研究综述

A Review of Electronic Election Research

选举是民主进程的重要组成部分,投票是选民表达其民主意愿的重要手段,电子选举是当代选举中最重要的形式。为了保障选民的重要权利和维护选举的安全性,同时也为了能有效促进电子选举的深入研究,本文在总结电子选举领域现有研究的基础上,分析了电子选举的安全需求,阐述了电子选举常用的技术方案,并列举和对比分析了有代表性的电子选举系统。最后,根据电子选举研究的不同侧重点,指出了电子选举在将来的发展方向。

As election is a fundamental part of the democratic process,voting is an important way to express the democratic will of voters.The most important form of contemporary election is electronic election.Based on the overview of present electronic election research,this paper analyzes the security requirements,elaborates on the frequently-used technologies,enumerates and compares the typical electronic election systems in order to protect the important rights of voters and maintain the security of election.At last,the possible development direction of electronic election in the future is pointed out in accordance with the different focuses of electronic election research.
