系统康复护理在烧伤后行瘢痕挛缩修复术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing revision of burn scar contractures

目的 探讨系统康复护理在烧伤后行瘢痕挛缩修复术患者中的应用效果。方法 以2020年6月至2022年6月聊城市人民医院收治的145例烧伤后行瘢痕挛缩修复术的患者为研究对象,按抽签法将其分为对照组(73例)和观察组(72例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者基于常规护理给予系统康复护理。比较2组患者的血清生长因子水平、血清致痛因子水平、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)及并发症发生情况。结果 干预1周和2周后,2组的促红细胞生成素、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子和表皮生长因子水平均高于干预前(P均<0.05),神经肽、前列腺素E_(2)和5-羟色胺水平均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。干预1个月及3个月后,2组的VSS各项评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预期间的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 系统康复护理可改善烧伤后行瘢痕挛缩修复术患者的血清生长因子、血清致痛因子水平和瘢痕情况,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing revision of scar contractures after burn.Methods A total of 145 burn patients who underwent revision of scar contractures at Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned into a control group(73 cases)and an observation group(72 cases)by drawing lots.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given systematic rehabilitation nursing based on the conventional nursing.The serum growth factor levels,serum pain factor levels,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of erythropoietin,basic fibroblast growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor,and epidermal growth factor in both groups were higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the levels of neuropeptide,prostaglandin E2,and 5-hydroxytryptamine were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05).The levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the VSS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications during the intervention was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation nursing can improve the levels of serum growth factors,serum pain factors,and scars in patients undergoing revision of burn scar contractures,and reduce the incidence of complications.
