行永久性肠造口患者家属心理韧性及照顾负担的相关性

Correlation between psychological resilience and care burden in family members of patients with a permanent stoma

目的 探讨行永久性肠造口患者家属心理韧性、照顾负担的现状及两者间的相关性。方法 采用方便抽样法选取上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院胃肠外科于2019年10月至2021年10月收治的140例行永久性肠造口患者的家属作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)和Zarit照顾负担量表(ZBI)对行永久性肠造口患者家属的心理韧性及照顾负担进行调查。结果 行永久性肠造口患者家属的CD-RISC总分为(59.05±15.91)分,行永久性肠造口患者家属的ZBI总分为(35.34±10.42)分。行永久性肠造口患者的家属心理韧性与照顾负担呈负相关(r=-0.266,P=0.017)。结论 行永久性肠造口患者的家属心理韧性负向影响其照顾负担,医务人员应早期关注,有效干预。

Objective To explore the status quo of psychological resilience and care burden and their correlation in family members of patients with a permanent stoma.Methods A total of 140 family members of patients who underwent permanent enterostomy in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were recruited by convenience sampling.The psychological resilience and care burden of family members of patients with a permanent stoma were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Zarit Burden Interview(ZBI).Results The total score of CD-RISC of family members of patients with a permanent stoma was(59.05±15.91).The total score of ZBI of family members of patients with a permanent stoma was(35.34±10.42).There was a negative correlation between psychological resilience and care burden in family members of patients with a permanent stoma(r=-0.266,P=0.017).Conclusion The psychological resilience of family members of patients with a permanent stoma negatively affects their care burden.Medical staff should pay early attention and effectively intervene.
