摘要
自20世纪70年代磁体开始应用于正畸治疗以来,随着生物磁学的发展和永磁材料的改进,磁力正畸被持续关注。钕铁硼永磁体属第三代稀土永磁,因其磁力大、体积小、生物性能好等优点被认为是目前正畸领域中颇具应用前景的一种稀土永磁。本文将从钕铁硼永磁体的生物学效应以及磁体在口腔正畸中的临床应用两个部分进行综述,为磁力正畸的临床研究和应用提供参考。
The use of magnets in orthodontics dates back to 1977.Since then,with the development of biomagnetism and permanent magnet materials,magnetic orthodontic treatment has being attracting continuous attention.neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB)magnets belongs to the-third generation of rare earth permanent magnet.Because of its large magnetic force,small volume,and good biological properties,NdFeB magnets is now considered a promising rare earth permanent magnet in orthodontic field.The present review focuses on biological effects of magnet and clinical application of NdFeB magnet in orthodontics,in order to provide reference for the clinical research and application of magnetic orthodontic.
