Social Capital,Land Transfer,and Entrepreneurship of Poverty Alleviated Farmers

在乡村振兴战略全面推进的背景下,如何激发脱贫农户有效创业,促进其可持续增收,从而有效巩固脱贫攻坚成果成为学术界和实务界关注的焦点。利用2022年我国东、中、西部地区脱贫农户的抽样调查数据,采用Probit模型实证探讨社会资本、土地流转与脱贫农户创业三者的关系。研究发现:脱贫农户的社会资本对其土地流转具有正向促进作用,土地流转对脱贫农户创业具有正向影响;社会资本可以通过土地流转促进脱贫农户创业,且研究结论具有稳健性;不同区域和不同年龄组的回归呈现典型的异质性,社会资本在东部地区对脱贫农户土地流转和创业的促进作用大于中、西部地区,脱贫农户中青年人通过社会资本促进土地流转和创业的影响作用最为突出,中年人次之,老年人并不显著。

In the context of the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,how to stimulate poverty alleviation farmers to effectively start businesses,promote their sustainable income growth,and effectively consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation has become the focus of attention in academic and practical cir⁃cles.This article uses the sample survey data of poverty alleviation farmers in the eastern,central,and western re⁃gions of China in 2022,and uses the Probit model to empirically explore the relationship between social capital,land transfer,and poverty alleviation farmers’entrepreneurship.The research finds that:Firstly,the social capital of poverty alleviation farmers has a positive promoting effect on their land circulation,and land circulation has a positive impact on poverty alleviation farmers’entrepreneurship;Second,social capital can promote poverty allevi⁃ation farmers’entrepreneurship through land transfer,and the research conclusions are robust;The regression of different regions and age groups presents typical heterogeneity.Social capital plays a greater role in promoting land transfer and entrepreneurship among poverty alleviation farmers in the eastern region than in the central and west⁃ern regions.The impact of young people’s social capital on promoting land transfer and entrepreneurship is the most prominent,followed by middle-aged people,and the elderly is not significant.
