思政教育视角下技能人才供需匹配对策研究

Research on the Matching Strategy of Skilled Personnel Supply and Demand from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

技能人才供需直接关系到产业和经济的发展,随着产业升级和经济转型的推进,技能人才的供需结构出现匹配错位、供需偏离的结构性矛盾。在此从技能人才的供需特性出发,在分析思政教育对人才供需匹配影响机制的基础上,探索了思政教育视角下技能人才供需匹配的实现路径,提出了探索高职教育中思政育人的载体建设,培养高水平的思政教师团队,以及构建科学的思政教育评价体系,为实现技能人才供需精准匹配提供新的发展思路。

The supply and demand of skilled personnel is directly related to the development of industry and economy.With the advance of industrial upgrading and economic transformation,the supply and demand structure of skilled personnel has a structural contradiction of mismatch and deviation.Based on the characteristics of supply and demand of skilled personnel and the analysis of the influence mechanism of ideological and political education on talent supply and demand matching,this paper explores the realization path of skilled personnel supply and demand matching from the perspective of ideological and political education.It is proposed to explore the carrier construction of ideological and political education in higher vocational education,build a high-level ideological and political teacher team,and establish a scientific ideological and political education evaluation system,so as to provide new development ideas for the accurate matching of skilled personnel supply and demand.
