做好大学生就业见习工作能提高大学生的就业率。2022年公布的45个全国青年发展型城市建设试点,沈阳市名列其中,同年沈阳市推出了青少年发展“十四五”规划。以沈阳市高校毕业生就业见习为调查内容,通过剖析沈阳市高校毕业生就业见习问题,挖掘深层次影响因素,提出了政府、企业、高校和毕业生“四维一体”的“稳岗位、促就业”的就业见习路径。

Doing a good job of college students'employment internship can improve the employment rate of college students.Shenyang is one of the 45 national pilot cities for youth development announced in 2022.In the same year,Shenyang launched the"14th Five-Year Plan"for youth development.Taking Shenyang college graduates'employment internship as the content of investigation,the paper analyzes the problems in Shenyang college graduates'employment internship,taps influencing factors,and puts forward the employment internship path of"stabilizing post,and promoting employment"from four dimensions of the government,enterprises,colleges and universities,and graduates.
