火电厂废水氨氮超标问题探讨

摘要 某电厂为2×350 MW低热值煤发电机组,工业废水和生活污水处理车间为同一车间,在基建调试期间因为生活污水一体化处理装置失效、加药系统不完善、污水量过大,造成厂内回用水池氨氮超标导致不能外排,经过改善全厂水路,完善污水处理系统,改变运行方式后,氨氮排放浓度达到标准。 In a power plant,a 2×350 MW low calorific value coal generating unit is adopted.Its industrial wastewater and domestic sewage treatment are in the same workshop.During the period of construction commissioning,due to the failure of domestic sewage integrated treatment device,imperfect dosing system and excessive amount of sewage,it is found that the ammonia nitrogen in the reuse pool in the plant exceeds the standard and cannot be discharged.By improving the waterways of the whole plant,perfecting the sewage treatment system and changing the operation mode,ammonia nitrogen emission concentration meets the standard.
