摘要
提升新能源消纳能力是新型电力系统最重要的目标。从需求侧入手,有待研究一种用户绿电份额的评估方法,进而引导激励广大用户更多地消费绿电。为此,提出基于用户时序用电曲线对新能源消纳边际贡献的绿电份额评估方法。首先,基于与用电量级无关的负荷轮廓线形状定义并推导了新能源消纳边际贡献指标;其次,分别考虑纯负荷类用户和具有可调负荷、储能及分布式能源的产消者园区用户,基于边际贡献指标提出了绿电份额评估方法;最后,构造多种不同类型的用户进行绿电份额的评估,并通过算例验证了绿电份额评估方法的合理性。结果表明,园区用户可通过提高净负荷形状与系统新能源发电趋势的相似度、消纳本地新能源、合理优化可调负荷与储能运行方式等提升园区绿电份额,进而提升全网新能源消纳能力。
Improving the capacity of accommodating renewable energy(RE)is the most important goal of the new power systems.Starting from the demand side,it is necessary to study an evaluation method for the RE share of customers,so as to guide and motivate the majority of customers to consume more RE.To this end,this paper proposes an evaluation method for the RE share,which is based on the marginal contributions of the customer time-series electricity consumption curve to RE accommodation.First,the marginal contribution index on the RE accommodation is defined and derived based on the load profile which is independent of the electricity consumption level.Secondly,considering the customers of pure load and customers of producer-consumer park with adjustable load,energy storage and distributed energy sources,respectively,an evaluation method for the RE share is proposed based on the marginal contribution index.Finally,different types of customers are constructed to evaluate the RE share and the case study verifies the rationality of the RE share evaluation method.The results show that the park customers can obtain higher RE share by improving the similarity between the shape of net load and the trend of RE power generation in the system,accommodating local RE,reasonably optimizing the adjustable load and energy storage operation mode,etc.,and thus improve the capacity of accommodating RE in the whole power grid.
