摘要
建立了基于Gamma灰度值的微流控纸芯片定量分析法,并用于检测半胱氨酸浓度。将其与现有的RGB均值法进行比较。结果表明,RGB均值法检测的相对误差小于2.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)最大为0.26%,y=82.333x+27.06,R^(2)=0.9986;Gamma灰度值法检测的相对误差小于1.0%,RSD最大为0.26%,y=77.976x+22.402,R^(2)=0.9994。RGB均值法数据处理简单,误差较Gamma灰度值法稍大。Gamma灰度值法较为复杂,但线性关系更好,在实际应用中均能满足要求,可根据具体情况进行选择。
A quantitative microfluidic paper chip assay based on Gamma gray value was developed and used to detect cysteine concentration.It was compared with the existing RGB mean method.The results showed that the relative error of the RGB mean method was less than 2.0%with a maximum relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.26%,y=82.333x+27.06,R^(2)=0.9986.The relative error of the Gamma gray value method was less than 1.0%with a maximum RSD of 0.26%,y=77.976x+22.402,R^(2)=0.9994.The data processing of RGB mean method is simple,and the error is slightly larger than that of gray value method.Gamma gray value method is more complicated,but the linear relationship is better,and all of them can meet the requirements in practical applications,which can be selected according to specific situations.
