摘要
随着煤气化技术的不断改进,气化渣的排放量逐年递增,如不及时有效处理,将会对生态环境造成重大危害。气化渣是一种硅铝酸盐,富含Si和Al元素,且具有比表面积大、孔道发达的特点,是制备多孔材料的理想原料。由气化渣制备的介孔微玻璃球、活性炭、介孔复合材料、X型沸石/碳复合材料等均可用于水处理。综述了气化渣的特性,气化渣制备多孔材料的方法及在水处理方面的应用,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
With the continuous improvement of coal gasification technology,the emission of gasification slag is increasing year by year.The natural environment will be severely harmed if the growing volume of gasification residue is not managed in a timely manner.Gasification slag is a silica-aluminate substance with a high Si and Al content,has the properties of a large specific surface area and well-developed pore channels,which is the perfect raw material for producing porous materials.The porous products prepared from gasification slag,such as mesoporous microglass spheres,activated carbon,mesoporous composites,and X-type zeolite/carbon composites,can be used in the water treatment process.This paper reviews the properties of gasification slag,the methods of preparing porous materials from gasification slag,and their applications in water treatment.Future research directions are also propspected.
