产教融合背景下无锡高职教育与区域经济发展适应性研究

Research on the Adaptability of Wuxi Higher Vocational Education and Regional Economic Development under the Background of Industry-education Integration

新修订的《职业教育法》指出,职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,要切实增强职业教育适应性,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力人才和技能支撑。无锡高职院校紧盯产业链条、市场信息、技术前沿和民生需求,有效形成了高职教育与区域经济产教融合、协同发展的良好格局。但当前无锡高职教育与区域经济发展仍存在专业设置与地方产业结构不相适应、社会服务能力与区域经济发展不相适应,“三教”改革水平与地方经济发展水平不相适应三个问题。因此,无锡高职院校应对接无锡产业转型升级需求,培养高素质技术技能型人才;深化产教融合校企合作,增强技术研发与社会服务能力,以适应产教融合背景下区域经济发展的新要求。

The new Vocational Education Law points out that vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resource development,and it is necessary to effectively enhance the adaptability of vocational education to provide strong talent and skills support for the construction of the socialist country.Wuxi higher vocational colleges focus on industrial chain,market information,technology frontier and people's needs,effectively forming a good pattern of industry-education integration and synergistic development between higher vocational education and regional economy.However,there are still three problems between Wuxi higher vocational education and regional economic development:the specialty settings are not compatible with the local industrial structure,the social service capacity is not compatible with the regional economic development,and the level of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"reform is not compatible with the level of local economic development.Therefore,Wuxi higher vocational colleges should adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading in Wuxi,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the industry-education integration,and enhance the capacity of technology research and development and social services to meet the new requirements of regional economic development in the context of industry-education integration.
