摘要
随着市场的竞争和需求量的增加,人们对配送服务的要求也越来越高,越来越多的顾客在基本配送需求被满足的同时,也在寻求更好的服务。为降低企业成本、提高客户满意度,文中用商品新鲜度及送达时间窗共同衡量客户满意度,在配送路径规划中引入模糊时间窗限制,并对于不同季节车内外温差的影响进行分析。以山西省太原市某乳制品公司为例,建立了基于客户满意度的约束,以固定成本、运输成本及运输保温成本之和最小为目标的冷链物流配送路径优化模型,并采用遗传算法求解,验证了模型的合理性与可行性。
With the increasing competition and demand in the market,people's requirements for delivery services are getting higher and higher,and more and more customers are seeking better services while being satisfied with the basic delivery needs.In order to reduce enterprise cost and improve customer satisfaction,this paper measures customer satisfaction jointly with freshness of goods and delivery time window,introduces fuzzy time window restriction in delivery path planning,and makes an analysis for the influence of temperature difference inside and outside the vehicle in different seasons.Taking a dairy product company in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province as an example,a cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model based on the constraint of customer satisfaction and the objective of minimizing the sum of fixed cost,transportation cost,and transportation insulation cost is established and solved using genetic algorithm to confirm the rationality and feasibility of the model.
