摘要
供应链知识协同是供应链提高服务能力和快速响应市场的重要因素,因此,知识协同目标实现的技术措施是供应链竞争优势之所在。为了对供应链知识协同的多项技术措施进行优化与控制,并且能够反映供应链下游顾客对知识协同的需求,基于质量功能展开(QFD)构建了从顾客需求到技术措施转换的质量屋。考虑到顾客需求与技术措施内部存在相互影响,质量屋的实现结合了网络分析法(ANP),得到了技术措施实施的优先权重。同时,供应链知识协同技术措施的实施除保证协同外还受到成本和时间的约束,因此,建立0-1整数目标规划模型,对多目标下技术措施是否实施进行了优化。
Supply chain knowledge collaboration is an important factor for improving the service ability and responding to market rapidly in the supply chain,so the technical measures to realize the goal of knowledge collaboration is the competitive advantage of supply chain.In order to optimize and control the multiple technical measures in supply chain knowledge collaboration,the house of quality was established to make the customer requirements convert to the technical measures based on Quality Function Deployment(OFD)with respect to the downstream customer demand about knowledge collaboration simultaneously.Considering the inter-impact of customer requirements and technical measures,the house of quality was carried out with the Analytic Network Process(ANP);the priority technology measures were obtained.At the same time,in addition to ensure collaboration,the implementation of technical measures is affected by the cost and time in supply chain knowledge collaboration,so the 0-1 integer goal programming model was put forward,whether the implementation of technical measures was decided and optimized under multi-goal.
