Research on Comprehensive Benefits of Multimodal Transport Demonstration Project in Hengyang

湖南省衡阳市位于我国中部地区,是国家南北经济大动脉京广铁路上的重要城市,作为湘桂铁路起点和京广与湘桂铁路衔接载体城市,历来是我国广西、云南等西南经济区面向中原、东南沿海交流的重要转运节点,在国家区域经济战略版图中,承接东南、串接中部、转接西南,具有十分重要的区位战略地位。文中以衡阳多式联运示范工程为研究对象,在系统梳理工程建设思路、内容等基础上,从经济与社会两方面研究示范项目的综合效益,以期为衡阳多式联运后续发展规划及相关政策制定提供参考依据,为进一步发挥衡阳多式联运示范工程的经济和社会效益指明方向。

Hengyang City,Hunan Province,located in the central region of China,is an important city on the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,the main economic artery of the country's north and south.As the starting point of Hunan-Guangxi Railway and the carrier city connecting Beijing-Guangxi Railway with Hunan-Guangxi Railway,it has always been an important transshipment node for the southwest economic regions such as Guangxi and Yunnan to communicate with the central plains and the southeast coast of China.In the national regional economic strategic map,it has a very important location strategic position.Taking the multimodal transport demonstration project in Hengyang as the research object,this paper studies the comprehensive benefits of the demonstration project from both economic and social aspects on the basis of systematically sorting out the ideas and contents of the project construction,so as to provide a reference for the follow-up development planning and relevant policy formulation of multimodal transport in Hengyang,and point out the direction for further exerting the economic and social benefits of the multimodal transport demonstration project in Hengyang.
