粤港澳大湾区中心港口协调发展研究——以广州港和深圳港为例

The Research of Coordinated Development of Central Ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Taking the Coordinated Development of Guangzhou Port and Shenzhen Port as an Example

为研究粤港澳大湾区中心港口的协调发展,文中基于2012-2020年指标数据,以广州港和深圳港为研究对象,建立评价指标体系,构建系统发展度模型、离差系数协调度模型和协调发展度模型,量化研究港口子系统协调发展对广州港和深圳港发展以及港口整体系统发展的影响。结果表明,广州港和深圳港的协调水平对于港口整体系统的发展影响不大,但对于港口各自的发展影响较大。文中为粤港澳大湾区中心港口的发展布局提供了参考。

In order to study the coordinated development of central ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,based on the index data from 2012 to 2020,taking Guangzhou Port and Shenzhen Port as the research objects,this paper establishes the evaluation index system and constructs the model of the system development degree,the deviation coefficient coordination degree and the coordinated development degree,quantifies the impact of the coordinated development of the port subsystem on the development of Guangzhou Port and Shenzhen Port as well as the overall development of the port system.The results show that the coordination level of Guangzhou Port and Shenzhen Port has little impact on the development of the integrated port system,but has a great impact on their own development.This paper provides a reference for the development layout of central ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
