摘要
在资源拼凑视角下,将较为抽象的供应链管理拆解成五大部分,让学生通过分组形式完成,对现有《供应链管理》课程实践教学进行了有效补充。首先,对该模式进行了较为完整的设计,并给出了实施建议;其次,通过第一轮教学实施,发现该模式达到了行业覆盖面广、各环节完成度高、理论与实践结合程度好等教学效果;然而,仍然存在部分企业资料搜集困难、部分学生参与度不够高、部分环节完成效果有待提高等问题,对应提出了多措并举提升资料获取的能力与完整性、调整考核办法与考核方式、梳理重点与优化手册内容等改进措施。
supply chain management into five parts to enable students to be completed by the group,effectively complements the practical teaching of the existing Supply Chain Management course.First of all,this article designs the model completely and gives suggestions for implementation.Secondly,through the first round of teaching implementation,it was found that the model achieved teaching effects such as broad industry coverage,high completion of various links,and a good combination of theory and practice.However,there are still problems such as difficulties in collecting data for some enterprises,insufficient participation of some students,and the need to improve the effectiveness of some links.Corresponding measures have been proposed such as improve the ability and integrity of data acquisition,adjust assessment methods and assessment methods,and sort out key points and optimization of manual content.
