基于多级滞环控制器的表贴式双三相永磁同步电机低电流谐波直接转矩控制策略

Low Current Harmonic Direct Torque Control Strategy for Surface-mounted Dual-three-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Based on Multi-level Hysteresis Controller

摘要 双三相永磁同步电机采用的传统直接转矩控制策略往往伴随着较大的转矩脉动和谐波电流。为了解决上述问题,该文提出基于多级滞环的直接转矩控制策略,该策略采用24种矢量组合的电压合成方案,可根据开关表在α-β平面输出多种电压等级。同时,提出的控制策略还可基于比例谐振控制器调制z1-z2平面电压,实现闭环谐波电流抑制。实验结果表明,在同等开关频率下,所提控制策略可以有效降低电流谐波和转矩脉动。 The typical direct torque control strategy for dual-three-phase permanent magnet synchronous machine is accompanied by large torque ripple and harmonic current.In order to solve such problems,first,a multi-level hysteresis controller is introduced into the proposed direct torque control strategy to reduce torque ripples.Second,this paper proposes a low switching frequency voltage vector synthesis scheme including 24 vector combinations,which can output various voltage levels in α-βframe according to the switching table.Meanwhile,the z_(1)-z_(2) plane voltage can be linearly modulated based on the proportional resonant controller to realize the closed-loop harmonic current suppression.The experimental results show that,compared to typical strategies with the same switching frequency,the proposed direct torque control can possess lower current harmonic and torque ripple.
