猪常见高热性传染病治疗效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Common Febrile Infectious Diseases in Pigs

为探讨猪常见高热性传染病的治疗效果,选取2021年7月至2022年1月期间某猪养殖场78头感染猪流感的病猪展开研究,运用随机数字法将研究样本分为2组,分别为常规组(n=39)与联合组(n=39),常规组病猪给予西药治疗,联合组在西药基础上联合中药展开治疗,对比2组患有猪流感的病猪各症状的消失时间。联合组病猪呼吸复常时间为(1.42±0.25)d、食欲恢复时间为(3.17±0.58)d、关节酸痛症状消失时间为(3.12±0.58)d、咳嗽消失时间为(3.01±0.26)d、体温恢复正常时间为(2.47±0.23)d,均明显短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在猪养殖过程中,各种高热性传染病均较为常见,养殖人员应该明确各种高热性传染病的病因、症状及预防方式,在猪感染高热性传染病后,可采用中西药联合的方式对病猪进行治疗,以缩短病猪症状消失时间,促进病猪康愈,保障养殖效益。

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of common high fever infectious diseases in pigs,78 pigs infected with swine influenza in a pig farm from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.Random number method was used to divide the samples into two groups,namely the conventional group(n=39)and the combined group(n=39):The sick pigs in the conventional group were treated with western medicine.The combination group was treated with western medicine combined with Chinese medicine,and the time of symptom disappearance of swine flu pigs in the two groups was compared.The respiratory recovery time of sick pigs in the combination group was(1.42±0.25)d,the recovery time of appetite was(3.17±0.58)d,the disappearance time of joint soreness was(3.12±0.58)d,the disappearance time of cough was(3.01±0.26)d,and the recovery time of body temperature was(2.47±0.23)d,which were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the process of pig breeding,all kinds of high fever infectious diseases are relatively common.Therefore,breeders should make clear the etiology,symptoms and prevention methods of all kinds of high fever infectious diseases.After pigs are infected with high fever infectious diseases,Chinese and Western medicine can be combined to treat the sick pigs,so as to shorten the time of symptom disappearance,promote the recovery of the sick pigs and guarantee the breeding benefits.
