基层畜牧兽医标准化建设存在问题及措施

Problems and Measures in Standardization Construction of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine at Grassroots Level

畜牧兽医作为农村地区公共卫生服务体系的分支,在对抗畜禽疫病、抑制疾病流行方面发挥重要作用,但是在部分基层地区,畜牧兽医工作仍然存在一定困境,不能实现现代化、标准化基层牧兽医体系建设,在保障畜牧产品安全供给方面能动效应不明显。该文展开以下分析,通过列举法,以问题为导向,总结基层地区畜牧兽医标准化建设问题及措施。

As a branch of the public health service system in rural areas,animal husbandry and veterinary work plays an important role in combating animal diseases and suppressing disease epidemics.However,in some grass-roots areas,animal husbandry and veterinary work still has certain difficulties,which can not realize the modernization and standardization of grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary system construction,and the dynamic effect is not obvious in guaranteeing the safe supply of animal husbandry products.This paper carries out the following analysis,through enumeration method,problem-oriented,summarizes the problems and measures of livestock and veterinary standardization construction in grassroots areas.
