近年,在很多规模化养殖场中繁殖母猪都不同程度的遭受到繁殖障碍性疾病的影响,使繁殖母猪的利用年限大大缩短,大量繁殖母猪淘汰。母猪繁殖障碍性疾病是以妊娠母猪出现流产、产下死胎、木乃伊胎、产下活力相对较差的弱胎、畸形胎及产仔量显著下降为主要临床特征。母猪流产后往往表现为不能正常发情,多次配种不能正常受胎。临床上母猪繁殖障碍性疾病的发病原因多种多样,可划分成先天性、机能性、营养性、机械性和疫病性等繁殖障碍,其中以传染性因素所引发的母猪繁殖障碍是威胁最为严重的一类疾病,常呈地方流行或者大面积流行,导致大量妊娠母猪流产死亡,并且在疫病预防和控制过程中也会面临较为严重的经济损失,很容易出现误诊。该文主要论述母猪繁殖障碍病毒性疾病的鉴别诊断方法和防控。

In recent years,breeding sows in many large-scale breeding farms have been affected by reproductive disorders to varying degrees,which has greatly shortened the service life of breeding sows and eliminated large numbers of breeding sows.The main clinical characteristics of reproductive disorders in sows are abortion,stillbirth,mummified fetus,weak fetus with relatively poor vitality,malformed fetus and significant decrease in litter size.After abortion,sows often show abnormal estrus and can not conceive normally after multiple breeding.Clinically,sow reproductive disorders have a variety of causes,which can be divided into congenital,functional,nutritional,mechanical and phytophthora disorders.Among them,sow reproductive disorders caused by infectious factors are the most serious diseases,often endemic or widespread,resulting in the abortion and death of a large number of pregnant sows.In addition,in the process of disease prevention and control,it will also face serious economic losses,and it is easy to misdiagnose.This article mainly discusses the differential diagnosis and prevention of viral diseases of sow reproductivedisorder.
