沉浸式情景游戏对儿科发热门诊患儿及家长心理弹性、依从性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨沉浸式情景游戏对儿科发热门诊患儿及家长心理弹性、依从性的影响。方法:选取2020年10月1日~2021年10月31日至发热门诊就诊的发热患儿200例和家长200名作为研究对象。将2020年10月1日~2021年3月31日就诊的发热患儿100例及家长100名纳入对照组,采用常规护理;将2021年4月1日~10月31日就诊的发热患儿100例及家长100名纳入研究组,在常规护理基础上采用沉浸式情景游戏法;比较两组患儿干预前后心率、收缩压、负性情绪[采用儿童焦虑筛查表(SCARED)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)]、依从性,比较两组家长干预前后焦虑情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、心理弹性[采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、满意度。结果:干预后,两组患儿心率、收缩压、SCARED及DSRSC评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组家长SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组家长CD-RISC评分高于干预前(P<0.01),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患儿依从性及家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科发热门诊应用沉浸式情景游戏干预法,有助于调节患儿的心率、收缩压,缓解患儿的焦虑与抑郁情绪;提高家长应对应急刺激的心理弹性,减轻家长的焦虑情绪,提高患儿的依从性和家长对护理工作的满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of immersive situational games on psychological resilience and compliance in parents and children in pediatric fever clinic.Methods:A total of 200 children with fever and their parents admitted from October 1,2020 to October 31,2021 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 100 children with fever and their parents from October 1,2020 to March 31,2021 were included in the control group.From April 1,2021 to October 31,2021,100 children with fever and 100 parents were included in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given immersive situational game on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,negative emotions by screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)and Self-Rating Scale for Depressive Disorder in Childhood(DSRSC),children′s compliance,parents′anxiety by the self-rating anxity scale(SAS),psychological resilience by Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,SCARED and DSRSC scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the SAS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the children′s compliance and parents′satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of immersive scenario game intervention in fever clinic of pediatric hospital can help to regulate the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of children,and relieve the anxiety and depression of children,improve the psychological resilience of children′s parents to deal with emergency stimuli,reduce the anxiety of parents,improve the compliance of children and parents′satisfaction with nursing work.
