摘要
在以核心素养为导向的背景下,如何突破对学生作业的惯常性认识,在作业中落实多维发展性功能,是当前一线教师面临的重要课题。作业理念与设计事关作业发展方向,有什么样的导向,就有什么样的作业发展功能。明确作业目标导向,落实减负增效功能;引领课堂学习导向,落实基础巩固性功能;提供引导支架导向,落实思维发展性功能;设置有效载体导向,落实实践探究性功能;创设作业情境,落实多学科融合功能。这些作业关键性导向和功能,不仅是义务教育课程标准实施的难点所在,也是落实“双减”政策的关键点所在,还是将课堂教学引向深度的生成点所在,更是促使学生多维度发展的能力点所在。
Under the background of core literacy orientation,how to break through the habitual understanding of students'homework and implement the multidimensional developmental function in homework is an important issue faced by front-line teachers.The concept and design of homework are related to the direction of homework development,and what kind of orientation is what kind of function of homework development.Make clear the goal orientation of homework and implement the function of reducing burden and increasing efficiency;lead the classroom learning orientation and implement the function of consolidating the foundation;provide the guidance and support orientation and implement the thinking development function;set up the effective carrier orientation,implement the practical inquiry function;create the homework situation and implement multi-disciplinary integration function.The key orientation and functions of these assignments are not only the difficulties in the implementation of compulsory education curriculum standards,but also the key points in the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,or the generating point to lead classroom teaching to depth,but also the ability point to promote students'multidimensional development.
