教育的道德价值在大学英语课程思政中的呈现

英语作为世界通用语言,在全球化时代的跨文化交际中发挥着举足轻重的作用。《大学英语教学指南》(2020版)除了继续强调大学英语教学的工具性和人文性外,在课程思政及教师发展等方面进行了重要修订,指出大学英语教学应与课程思政相融合,使其在立德树人根本任务中发挥重要作用,并对教师的育人素养提升提出了要求。但何为大学英语课程思政,课程思政对大学英语课程设置有何影响等是所有大学英语教师应思考的问题。本文从教育的道德价值和教育的变革性角度探析了何为德育元素,如何在大学英语课程思政教学实践中融入德育元素等问题,从而实现语言教学立德树人的重任,以求为大学英语课程思政理论与实践探索提供一个新的视角。

As the most commonly used language of the world,English plays an important role in cross-cultural communication in the era of globalization.Besides the continued emphasis on the instrumental and cultural functions of college English teaching,"Guidelines on College English Teaching"formulated in 2020,made some main revisions in ideological and political education integrated throughout curriculum and teacher development,among others,and pointed out the necessity for the integration of ideological and political education and college English curriculum,its fundamental role in the task of nurturing morality and fostering talent,and hence the requirement for teachers'quality of educating.However,what is ideological and political education integrated throughout college English curriculum and its impact on the curriculum arrangements are the questions placed in front of all college English teachers.From the perspective of the moral values of education and the transformative power of education,the paper analyzes what is moral elements in education,how to seek moral elements in teaching and other issues,thus accomplishing the task of nurturing morality and fostering talent in language teaching in an attempt to provide a new angle to investigate theories and practices in the reform of ideological and political education integrated throughout college English curriculum.
