摘要
目的考察温胆汤基准样品的量值传递。方法制备药材、饮片、方剂基准样品,建立HPLC指纹图谱,测定柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、甘草酸含量。结果11批基准样品指纹图谱中有20个共有峰,指认出5个(柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、甘草酸、橙皮苷、甘草苷),相似度均大于0.981,出膏率为19.29~23.10%。饮片-提取液中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、甘草酸平均转移率分别为82.24%、79.18%、42.98%,而提取液-基准样品中三者分别为88.12%、88.19%、91.92%。结论该方法简便稳定,可用于温胆汤基准样品的质量控制。
AIM To investigate the quality value transmitting of Wendan Decoction reference samples.METHODS The reference samples of medicinal material,decoction pieces and prescription were prepared,after which HPLC fingerprints were established,and the contents of naringin,neohesperidin,glycyrrhizinic acid were determined.RESULTS There were twenty common peaks in the fingerprints for eleven batches of reference samples,five of which were identified(naringin,neohesperidin,glycyrrhizinic acid,hesperidin,liquiritin),along with the similarities of more than 0.981 and paste-forming rates of 19.29%-23.10%.The average transfer rates of naringin,neohesperidin and glycyrrhizinic acid in decoction pieces-extracting solution were 82.24%,79.18%and 42.98%,respectively,while those in extracting solution-material reference were 88.12%,88.19%and 91.92%,respectively.CONCLUSION This simple and stable method can be used for the quality control of Wendan Decoction reference samples.
