摘要
以自制硅酸盐树脂为原料,通过改变固化剂和树脂比例,制备一种改性硅酸盐胶黏剂,借助差热分析(DSC)、热分析仪(TGA)、万能拉力机及扫描电镜(SEM),对改性胶黏剂的固化行为、耐热性能、力学性能及微观形貌进行测试分析。结果表明:改性硅酸盐胶黏剂力学性能优异,剪切强度19.56 MPa,耐热性能优异,180℃胶黏剂可固化,高温下微观结构致密。
Through taking self-made silicate resin as the raw material,the study changes the proportion of curing agent and resin,prepares a modified silicate adhesive,and does test analysis of the solidification,heat-resistant quality,mechanical property and microstructure of modified silicate adhesive with DSC,TGA and SEM.The results show that the performance of modified silicate adhesive is excellent,the shear strength is 19.56 MPa,the heat-resistant quality is excellent,adhesive can be solidified at 180℃,microstructure is compact at high temperature.
