医养结合背景下老年肾病患者护理干预效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Senile Patients with Nephropathy Under the Background of Combination of Medical and Nursing Care

针对老年肾病患者对生活质量要求的不断提高,探讨医养结合背景下适合老年肾病患者的护理干预模式。选取2022年在陕西省某医院住院的78例老年肾病患者,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各39例。对照组采用持续护理,实验组在采用持续护理的基础上结合舒适护理,比较两组老年肾病患者对护理干预的满意率、生活质量评分等。与对照组相比,观察组对护理工作的满意率、生活质量评分均有显著提高(P<0.05)。在医养结合背景下,持续护理干预与舒适护理干预相结合,可提高老年肾病患者的自理能力和护理干预效果,显著改善老年肾病患者的生活质量和心理状态。

According to the requirements of life quality of senile nephropathy patients,the study discusses the nursing intervention mode which is suitable for senile nephropathy patients under the background of combination of medical and nursing care.78 senile patients with nephropathy hospitalized in a hospital in Shaanxi Province in 2022 are selected,and they are divided into control group and experimental group with lottery method,with 39 patients in each group.Control group receive continuous nursing,and experimental group receive comfort nursing based on continuous nursing.Compared with control group,the satisfaction of nursing intervention,and the score of quality of life of observation group improve significantly(P<0.05).Under the background of combination of medical and nursing care,through the combination of continuous nursing and comfort,we can improve the self-care ability and nursing intervention effect,and significantly improve the living quality and mental situation of senile patients with nephropathy.
