摘要
电网外部事故及扰动是造成站内电网电压大幅度波动的主要原因,严重时会造成短时间断电,给企业生产造成极大的损失。为保障电解铝企业供电系统的平稳运行,提出380 V低压断路器及电磁接触器防晃电技术方案,根据负荷性质、开关及接触器的不同型号来选择不同的方案,对低压电气系统的控制逻辑进行优化设计,以防止电压扰动异常,解决了电压凹陷问题,避免对生产造成影响,保障了电网供电的可靠性及安全性。
The accidents and disturbances outside the power grid are the main reasons for the large voltage fluctuation in the power grid,which will cause short-term power interruption and great loss to the production of enterprises.In order to ensure the stable operation of the power supply system of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,a 380 V low-voltage circuit breaker and electromagnetic contactor anti-rocking technology scheme is put forward.It is suggested to select different schemes of 380 V low-voltage circuit breaker and electromagnetic contactor anti-flicker technology scheme according to the nature of load,different models of switch and contactor,and optimize and design control logic of low-voltage electrical system,to avoid voltage disturbance abnormality,voltage sunken and the influence of production and the control logic,and ensure the reliability and safety of electricity supply.
