摘要
对土建工程项目施工现场进行安全管理评价,能有效提高建筑施工安全水平,避免安全事故的发生,减少经济损失,营造安全施工的良好氛围。从人、机械、管理、环境及消防五个维度构建土建工程项目施工现场安全管理评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用逼近理想解排序法评价项目的安全管理水平。结果表明,项目施工现场安全管理处于“较好”水平。针对指标中的弱项,应加大经验丰富施工人员及管理人员的比例,构建完善的资金管理和监督制度,严格规范易燃易爆品和施工材料进场,确保消防监督及时到位,以此促进土建工程项目施工现场的安全管理工作。
Safety management evaluation on the construction site of civil engineering projects can effectively improve the safety level of construction,avoid safety accidents,reduce economic losses,and create good atmosphere for safe construction.Construction site safety management evaluation index system of civil engineering projects is constructed from five dimensions:human,machinery,management,environment and fire protection.AHP is used to determine the index weight,and approximate ideal solution ranking method is used to evaluate the safety management level of projects.The results show that the project construction site safety management is at a“good”level.In view of the weak points in the indicators,it is necessary to increase the proportion of experienced constructors and management personnel,establish perfect fund management and supervision system,strictly regulate the access of flammable and explosive materials and construction materials,and ensure that fire supervision is in place in time,so as to promote the safety management of civil engineering project construction site.
