江苏省妇幼健康信息系统在高危孕产妇管理中的应用及有用性、易用性分析

Application of maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province in high-risk maternal management and effectiveness,usability analysis

目的分析江苏省妇幼健康信息系统在高危孕产妇管理中的应用,以及系统有用性和易用性评价。方法选取2015年1月1日至12月31日及2020年7月1日至2021年6月30日在扬州大学附属淮安市妇幼保健院分娩的共17151例孕产妇作为研究对象,比较江苏省妇幼健康信息系统应用前后高危妊娠发生情况及妊娠结局。对淮安市175家提供孕产保健服务机构220名从事孕产妇保健的医务人员进行问卷调查,分析医务人员对江苏省妇幼健康信息系统孕产保健管理模块感知有用性和易用性评价。结果2020/21年和2015年分别收集产妇7424、9727例,高危妊娠发生率均为83.89%,其中妊娠糖尿病、不良孕产史、瘢痕子宫、年龄≥35岁或≤18岁、辅助生殖技术受孕发生率与2015年相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2020/21年不良妊娠结局发生率低于2015年,其中早产率、剖宫产率、新生儿死亡率低于2015年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员对江苏省妇幼健康信息系统孕产保健模块各功能感知有用性和易用性评价较高,6个功能评价平均得分均在4.5分以上,最高的条目是妇幼健康信息系统使用提高孕产妇管理质量功能[(5.090±0.783)分]。结论江苏省妇幼健康信息系统的感知有用性和易用性评价较高,区域统一的妇幼健康信息系统应用可提高高危孕产妇管理质量,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective To analyze the application of maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province in the management of high-risk pregnant women,and the evaluation of the effectiveness and usability of the system.Methods A total of 17151 pregnant women who gave birth in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University Huai’an Maternal and Child Health Care Center from January 1 to December 31,2015 and from July 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were selected as the research objects to compare the occurrence of high-risk pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes before and after the application of the maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 220 medical personnel engaged in maternity care in 175 institutions providing maternity care services in Huai’an City to analyze the perceived effectiveness and usability of evaluation on the maternity management module of the maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province.Results In 2020/21 and 2015,7424 and 9727 maternal cases were collected,respectively.The incidence of high-risk pregnancy was 83.89%.There were statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of gestational diabetes mellitus,adverse maternal history,scarred uterus,age≥35 years old or≤18 years old,and assisted reproductive technology conception when compared with 2015(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in 2020/21 was lower than that in 2015.The rates of preterm delivery,cesarean section and neonatal mortality were all lower than those in 2015,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The perceived effectiveness and usability of all functions of the maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province were highly evaluated by medical personnel,and the average scores of the six functions were all above 4.5 points.The highest was the function of using the maternal and child health information system to improve the quality of maternal management([5.090±0.783]points).Conclusion The perceived effectiveness and usability of the maternal and child health information system of Jiangsu Province are relatively high.The regional unified application of the maternal and child health information system can improve the management quality of high-risk pregnant women and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
