腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influence on the immune function of patients

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年7月青岛市黄岛区人民医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机抽签法分为实验组与参照组,每组各40例。参照组接受开腹手术治疗,实验组接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组免疫指标水平优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平高于参照组,雌二醇水平低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Huangdao District People’s Hospital in Qingdao from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a reference group according to the random lottery method,with 40 cases in each g roup.The reference group was treated with open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the immune indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of estradiol was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
