标准化儿童保健干预对婴幼儿早期发育的影响

Effect of standardized child health intervention on early development of infants

目的讨论标准化儿童保健干预对婴幼儿早期发育的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月莱西市人民医院收治的84例婴幼儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为参比组(42例)与实验组(42例)。参比组采取常规保健干预,实验组在此基础上采用标准化儿童保健干预,比较两组干预效果。结果实施后,实验组的身体发育指标、智力发育及心理运动发育评分均高于参比组,营养性疾病发生率低于参比组(P<0.05)。结论标准化儿童保健干预在婴幼儿保健中的应用效果显著,可促进早期发育,降低营养性疾病发生率。

Objective To discuss the effect of standardized child health intervention on early development of infants.Methods A total of 84 infants admitted to Laixi People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the reference group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases)using the random drawing method.The reference group adopted routine health care intervention,while the experimental group adopted standardized child health intervention on this basis to compare the intervention effects between the two groups.Results After implementation,the physical development indicators,intellectual development and psychomotor development scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the incidence of nutritional diseases was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized child health intervention in child health care of infants is effective in promoting early development and reducing the incidence of nutritional diseases.
