舍曲林联合认知行为干预在青少年抑郁症中的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sertraline combined cognitive behavioral intervention in adolescent depression

目的探讨舍曲林联合认知行为干预在青少年抑郁症中的应用效果,为临床选择提供参考依据。方法将2021年1月至2022年6月于北京市朝阳区第三医院就诊的110例青少年抑郁症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各55例。两组均采用舍曲林治疗,对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予认知行为干预,对比两组的干预效果。结果观察组的Herth希望量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的社会支持评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年抑郁症患儿实施舍曲林联合认知行为干预,有助于改善希望水平,提升社会支持,具有推广、应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of Sertraline combined with cognitive behavioral intervention in adolescent depression,to provide reference basis for clinical selection.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,110 adolescent children with depression in the Third Hospital of Chaoyang District in Beijing City were taken as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Sertraline,and the control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention,and the intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The score of Herth hope scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of social support rating scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Sertraline combined with cognitive behavioral intervention in children with adolescent depression helps to improve the level of hope and enhance social support,which has the value of promotion and application.
