盆底肌康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果

Effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨盆底肌康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选择2021年10月至2022年10月鱼台县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的78例产后压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各39例。对照组给予盆底肌康复训练,观察组给予盆底肌康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈,比较两组盆底肌功能、排尿情况、性生活质量。结果观察组治疗4周、8周后盆底肌功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组排尿情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组性交痛评分低于对照组,其他指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌康复训练联合电刺激生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁,能有效恢复盆底肌功能,改善排尿情况及性生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 78 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to the Yutai County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback.The pelvic floor muscle function,urination and sexual life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The pelvic floor muscle function of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The urination of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The dyspareunia score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of other indicators were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence can effectively restore pelvic floor muscle function,improve urination and sexual life quality.
